Every company wants to engage very effective sales personnel and for that reason they are ready to pay a handsome salary.

2.0 Digital Marketing is basically marketing service or product through digital channels like internet, email and mobile devices. It is a comparatively new process of marketing but growing very fast. And this marketing only depends on the internet and different digital channels. So it is possible to reach maximum people in a very short period as people are right now very busy with their daily schedule. So maximum Of those people who are convergent with the techniques of internet use, like to complete their marketing through digital platforms. The four phases of digital marketing are planning, conversation, content and sequels.

So finally which marketing strategy will prove better for a company is not a very easy decision. We have to understand both types of marketing that mean Traditional marketing and Digital marketing thoroughly. Both the marketing types have their own advantages and disadvantages. Though traditional marketing is an old process, still it has not become obsolete. Lot of people, especially aged people, are not well familiar with digital gadgets, the internet etc. Almost all of them spent the maximum of their leisure time by reading the newspaper or watching TV. To reach those people there is no other way than traditional marketing. Again for small local sellers digital marketing may not prove beneficial. Digital marketing also will not be beneficial for those people staying in very interior places where still internet connection is not available or very poor. So to take any judicial decision regarding the choice of marketing type, we have to visualize the fact that is discussed above considering different important parameters related with exact assessment of utilization and benefit gain from the marketing. That means depending on your budget, requirements like reach, engagement, ROI etc, quality and quantity of your service or product you have to make the decision depending on the points discussed above.
